CB/CL350 exhaust mounting

I have a 72 CL350 that I want to mount the MAC exhaust 2 into 2 exhaust system on. It is a CB350 type
mount. Is there going to be any problems... or is the frame exactly the same for the cl350 and cb350

Also, I know that the carb is jetted for the CL pipes. Do I need to get a new set of jets when I get the new pipes?

I plan on going with slashcut shorty tips from DCC

This is the intended effect.

Yes, the frames are the same. But you may need to come up with a rear hanger mount if it's not supplied. Wait until you get the Mac system before ordering the replacement muffler, so you can measure the pipe diameter. And you will certainly want to rejet for any modifications.

The muffler tips are also from MAC ... I am pretty sure they'll fit but I will contact them to make sure.

2 minor differences. The kick starter might be in the way so you may need a CB one and you will need the foot pegs from a CB. The CL ones dont have enough room for the header. Pretty sure I have a set of the pegs if you need them.

thanks DJ.
I do have a cb350 kicker because I heard I need it for rear sets. I am still undecided if I will mount them or not. I was planning on mounting my Woodcraft clip ons.. but I might go with drag bars instead.
Thanks for the offer.
