CB1100 -> CB750 frame?

I have a dohc cb750, and I've come across a deal on a cb1100 engine. I know they are very similar externally, but curious if it's a direct bolt on?

Bump.
Seller wants around $600 for the 1100f setup, all the coils, controls, carbs, etc are included. As well as full gasket kit.

Thoughts on price? Do-ability?
Bottom ends alone seem to be going for $300..
