Thanks for all the positive comments,

The taillight and indicators came from ebay (cheap - made in china) its still 6v, I just swapped the the globes from 12v to 6v.

I love that little 50 too, white's my favorite color. I wish I could get something like that, but here in Texas to go anywhere takes getting on a highway.

(I don't think Chris was referring to me getting grumpy btw, it was a reference to a comment made a while back by someone about the flag being offensive. No worries though, everyone on here should and I think does feel comfortable expressing their opinions and views, and that's the way it should be)

"loudbike" is one of my favourite bikes and it truely is inspiring!

As for the z50, its got a 124cc kit in it and a 5 speed gearbox so its now capable of pushing my 90kg weight to 110km/h. Doing 110km/h on it feels like doing 200km/h on a big bike! ;D
 
I'm pretty sure I saw this bike on ebay recently... you decided to offload it?

You are correct, needed some cash in a hurry and as its the only bike project that was finished it had to go. The new owner just picked it up and from all reports is loving riding ti around the streets of Sydney!

But I have a honda xl100 that will take its place, I'm just finishing off an engine rebuild and will start a new thread for it.
 
Damn, wouldn't of minded picking it up.... if you don't mind how much you get for it?

There is a 77 CB 125 on ebay at the moment at penrith that I'm interesting it grabbing. Call it a premature next project :)

P.s. Thanks for the indicator advise, I haven't been able to find anything 6V and was worried the 12v wouldn't work. I managed to stumble across the same indicators as yours (i hope you don't mind, they were a really good price) and can't wait for them to arrive :)
 
I'll keep an eye out for it around here... hopefully he is looking after it well...
