So I'm trying to tear down my CB160 engine and already hit an issue...
The engine is out of the bike and sitting on my work bench, but the cylinder head cover is stuck to the cylinder head. I'm assuming it's the gasket that has been sitting on it for quite some time through all kinds of weather. Anyone have a good suggestion on how to get it unstuck. I tried spraying WD-40 on it. I'm letting that soak in, but thought I would try here while waiting...
And as long as I'm on that, I noticed the right and left crankcase covers have the same issue, along with the tappet covers. I don't want to muck those up beyond what they already are.
