cb200 carb vacuum

Hello there, i was wondering what amount of vacuum there is supposed to be. I have been trying to sync the carbs but I'm not sure how much vacuum it is supposed to have. Also, I was wondering if I'm supposed to set them the same at high RPM first then do IDLE or what, so please help a new guy out haha!

I'm just wondering the right way to sync my carbs, do I start at high rpm then do idle? I'm just wondering because this is my first time.

Doesn't matter, as long as they are equal it's fine.

okay thanks man i cant get the vacuum down to where it is at low idle but I don't care 2,000RPM is fine with me as long as i can ride it haha!
