Hey all, I've just finished getting my 1974 CB200 up and running, and let's just say it's running a little rough. I have gas leaking out of the top of the carb bowl and not sure if it is float height or what. Also, I put a new coil on the bike and other miscellaneous parts. The main problem i'm running in to is a major power loss at high range RPM's. I haven't even made it past 50 mph on the bike 
On a down side the baffles in the pipes have been taken out because they were rusted into pieces and basically fell out of the pipes. Any help, tips, or advice would be grateful!
