This is mostly a repost of my thread in member introductions.
Just finished (till winter anyway) my cb200, I guess it's kind of tracker style. This was a super budget bike, everything was done as cheap as possible, with the most expensive parts so far being the rear shocks and exhaust at $80ish each. Yes, it has pods, got them before I knew better.
Short term to do-
get registered in Vermont
at least front tire, maybe both. Has a brand new Duro hf314 on the back, but it's not very round. Thinking about dual sports, but wouldn't want to be a "hipster with work boots"
stick some spacers in the forks, the fender hits the exhaust when riding around in my yard - finished, added a full inch. Now uncomfortably stiff, just like the back.
remove tach cable and plug hole, it seems to be spewing oil - finished this
This winter-
replace rings, smokes out of the right cylinder
maybe find different air filters, seems to run alright though
paint or powder coat the frame and engine while it's off
dunno
Short video of it running, don't know if you can tell anything from it.
