CB200T build - nearly completed. see page 8 and 9 for pics

I really liked the way that silicone tube setup worked. I ended up not having to rejet. I think I just got lucky. I figured it was going to be way off because the carbs were setup for a stock CB200 pipe, but I was using CL200 pipes (more restrictive) and I was also using the PODs. I think the extra length of that silicone tube restricted air flow just enough so I could get away without rejetting.
 
cool. thanks for the reply. once I get my carbs cleaned I'm going to have to fiddle with the settings I'm sure. previous owner switched out the stock air box for units filters running stock exhaust and stock carbs. I'm not sure if he rejetted.
 
i really love this little build....glad you sold it off and got a bigger one...got me looking for a little cb200 now

My son loved it! We are now doing a father son project and using your build as inspiration! He just brought me it mocked up with different colors!

Awesome. What a great father/son project!
The nice thing about this bike is that its so small and light- easy for you and your son to lug around. Good luck
