cb350 aftermarket stator and ignition

Hi, I pulled off the stator and points covers for the first time on a bike i purchased a while back to tune up before jetting carbs. This is what I found.

does anyone have any information on either?
I'm not sure how to adjust this ignition AND there is no tick mark on the stator so I am unsure where to orient the rotor when adjusting things.

The stator looks like the ricks motorsport one, and the ignition looks like the ones from charlies place, you are set with those two!

awesome, thank you for the info. I had never heard of charlies place ignition and it looks like it may be an older model of what they have now? I'll have to look into it.

Also, from the manual it looks like the tick mark on the stock stator is halfway between the top and left bolt holes. Do I have this right?

On the 350 stator I have that's where the mark is. Maybe you can make a small paint line or scratch a line in for checking timing with a timing light.

I bet you won't have to do much to timing with that setup! Lucky you! ;D

The ignition from Charlies place is magnetic..That is an optical one.
