Koble

1971 Honda CB350 Twin. When assembling my cam sprocket to to camshaft, it seemed to fit very tight. I have it in the correct orientarion to the camshaft, the correct timing, and I have the special bolts in the correct holes. Still, the bolts seemed to turn pretty hard. Is there a torque setting to which these bolts should be tightened to? What do I do if the sprocket wobbles? Should it wobble at all- is there a tolerance? Thanks for sticking with me, I'm only 18 and this is my first motorcycle rebuild.
