Early external spring CB350 forks have a pinchbolt lower tree, with a bottoming out upper tree. 33mm tubes.
Late cb350 forks have internal spring, pinchbolt lower tree, and pinchbolt upper tree. 33mm tubes.
I came across a late upper tree and tried to install on my early setup. The offsets and distance between fork tubes is different.
I have a late lower tree inbound, and want to try early external spring tubes (33mm) into the late style trees - do you foresee any issues with trying this?
Since the late trees seem to be slightly farther apart then the early trees, will I need a different front Axle to accommodate this?
did the 350 wheels change at all? is this due to disc brake hub?
Where do 350F and 360 forks come into play? what parts are shared between them?
