CB350 Extra Part?

I am working on my 1971 Honda CB350 and I have no clue where this washer came from. I found it in the parts washer, but don't know when. I stole the photo from another user.

I will have to take a better picture when I get back to school. I'm a senior in Highschool doing this as an elective project. My teacher is no help. I have searched through fiches and nothing! It must be from the motor, motor mounts, or axel assembly.

Unless its the dust seal for swing arm cos it looks like its got a shoulder on it ? hard to tell from pic , ime with "H" on #12 from kick start :-\ have ya already got that washer on kick start assembly ?

The bike's at school and I'm on spring break till 3/31. It will drive me crazy to not be able to work on it! I must be the only senior excited to get back to school. All for the bike. Anyways, thanks for any input. If it isn't from the kickstarter, I'll post a picture when I get back.
