Cb350 Kill Switch Issues

I can not figure this out to save my life. I have a 1972 cb350 and just put on new controls that are high low off and kill switch. When i wired them into my system electricity is only going to coils when the kill switch is pushed in. I have to black wire going to the coils and the white wire to power. Any help would be much appreciated

Is you KILL switch NO(normally open) or NC(normally closed)? If NC, it should work.
