I've received the reports, but want to make sure people know I'm in no position to mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.

Always pay by PayPal, lodge a dispute at the first sign of trouble and be comfortable with who you're sending money to if you can't afford to lose that money. I've been burned myself so know how it feels.
