Don't talk about it... Be about it...

Looks great so far. The tail mold came out great!

Its in the works. shock mounts / brackets are made and just need to extend the swingarm about 1"

Lower mount done and welded. Time to work on the upper mount

Swing arm was never designed to operate like that, hope your going to strengthen the 'legs' before they bend?

Yup the swingarm is getting braced and extended about 3/4 to 1"

Have you fit the swing arm with the brace on it to the frame with the chain on it? I'm not familiar with the 350 but there needs to be about 5" from the front of the brace to the swing arm on a CB400f to clear the chain. That 2" clearance would be all over the chain on the 400.

Yea have to bring it up slightly closer to the swingarm but clears the chain. Have to test it with a load on the shock

I'm pretty sure you can't use a symmetric brace, Rocan tried and had to cut a section out to clear chain

I will make it fit haha. Design and fabrication is the fun part =)

It fits as it sits now but needs to me about an inch closer to the swingarm for the chain to clear when the shock is fully compressed.

I highly recommend using tab washers for the sprocket nuts. I wouldn't trust split washers alone.

Yup yup we have them. That is just a mockup. Those sportbike nuts are to fat anyways so we might have a thinner set machined for us.
