I bought this seat off of ebay from Vietnam. I needed one for a 1971 and this one appears to fit a 1970. Obviously shipping back to Vietnam is quite expensive, so I am trying to help the seller out because he is an honest and nice guy.
I believe these seats run around $229 + $89.99 shipping and a 4 week wait. I will make no money on this, just sell if for what I have in it. I believe I can get it to you for around $320 within a few days as long as you are in the U.S. This is the same price as he sells them for, but you will be able to avoid customs waits, and I can make sure it is ensured and do a signature confirmation reducing your risk as a buyer.
