Cb350 twin idle problem

My cb will not idle unless I give it gas and when I try full throttle it only goes to about 7 k

There's about 100 possibilities.

First carb sync
Then idle adjust
Then jets

are both pipes getting hot? does one get hotter quicker than the other?
my cl350 lately gets hot on the left and the right gets hot slower and has a rough idle and does what yours is doing.......
i don't have the answer but here's what i'm looking into....
cleaning points and checking right side points gap which is how youset the timing.
wide open throttle , it runs like a dream so i know mine is a bit off
coming to s stop sign, the idle drops and it craps out(sometimes)
dirty gas, plugged idle circuit in carb possibility but i just cleaned my carbs(again)
sticking float valve was giving trouble recently too which prevented fuel from entering left carb bowl but motor ran fine on right cylinder until i fixed the float and got gas to left cylinder which ironically made the right cylinder crap out without touching it.

this things(350s) seem to have a mind of their own, give some more info and maybe someone on here can help.

timing set? compression? stock carbs? was it running fine yesterday? coils?

it was running great two months ago. it also get these blow back like the once on a 2cycle when it get two hot
