My 400f squeaks exactly like that. No amount of bleeding or new pads or anything of the sort fixes it

FANTASTIC!!!!
You've done good on that one. So much work, such detail, and your passion to see it through is top notch.
CONGRATS!

It may be useful to all of yer ??? my build got a metal tank well cleaned out and in gud condition now its had plenty of fuel in i noticed in the clear fuel line a little bit of sediment :-[ i got filters in fuel tap so ran a magnet mounted to an old car arial around inside of tank and sweet picked up most /all the fine rust :) thats tip no1, second got to thinking the real fine stuff still get thru filters ? so decide where i got a dip in fuel line before carbs i fastened a piece of magnet to it with tape been riding round bedding her in nothing too aggresive and hey presto fuel line clean as a whistle ;D and the magnet collected any metal bits to side of line  so then just popped of fuel line from tank /tape off dragged magnet along fuel line to end of pipe and got the crap in to a rag :-* sweet little idea for keeping a lot of crap from ya carbs or am i been a dick haha :-\
