Cb360 Build

Sounds like it might be time to check the wiring. Ensure you have voltage at the input for the light and that you can continuity between the negative pole of the light and the neutral switch.

yeah, the voltage is fine. it just looks like whatever is inside the case isn't pushing the switch far enough to engage the light?

The neutral switch just grounds to a contact on selector drum, you should have 12v on the light green/red wire.
If zero volts, bulb is burned out or broken as current comes in on black wire, through neutral bulb then exits to ground through light green/red trace wire.
The contact/plunger doesn't have to move, just ground.
Check continuity of switch

So I kind of got frustrated with the neutral switch and gave up on it for now.

I have been working away on other areas of the bike. I finished up most of my wiring and tucked everything away as neatly as possible under the tank and seat area. I just bought a new regulator/rectifier off of sprack moto to finish up the wires/electronics. The mikuni carbs have been installed. The tank has been reinstalled, I just need to run some new fuel lines. Looking forward to a few rides in the near future

Ill post some progress pics soon :)

Updated pics:

I'm still having issues with the transmission only going from neutral to 3rd gear. Oil has been flushed and changed. Clutch has been adjusted. I'm going to try and take off the side cover this week and check out the shift drum cog.

I'm really hoping I don't have to pull the motor and Crack the case
