CB360 cam chain guide

Does any one know where i can find a cam chain slipper and guide for my cl360 especially the slipper tensioner. Thanks

You have to keep checking e-bay and jump on one when it comes along.
I bought a box of rusty junk just to get guide, the tensioner blades are more common as a lot of the recall bikes probably didn't get done

Call Western Hills Honda and ask to speak with the vintage parts guys. 523.662.7759 Have the part numbers ready, they have a big selection of parts no longer available.

The early style works, the problem was when maintainance wasn't done and chain got too loose, then it could catch on rolled edge and break chain and/or tensioner then lock up motor
The late ones can have the same problem but not to the same extent (engine keeps running but rattles real bad)
The guide is destroyed but tensioner blade will work. I would look for better ones although that is a reasonable price for condition

I called BikeBandit today they said the could get one. Well see if it ships. Thanks for all the tips ill try tweakins tip next if mine doesnt ship, sure would be nice to have a new one for piece of mind.

Did bike bandit come through with that chain guide?
I just got my 'parts' motor apart, and the mounting points on the top are both broken, so its essentially a stick to throw inside the motor. The other one... well is in 2 pieces... not intended to come that way from the factory lol.

If there is enough interest/orders from dealers, Honda WILL do a limited production run.
I don't have a clue what numbers they need though?
360 is probably more popular now than it was 35 yrs ago ;D

Ya know.... Thats a good idea PJ. If one of our more financially stable members were to order them, there is a great deal of money to be made. Just not quickly.
