Cb360 clutch cable cover

Guys I'm stumped by something seemingly simple again. Trying to remove my clutch cable cover and I removed the shifter and 4 screws but can't get that thing off to save my life. Is there anything else I have to remove? Clymers just says remove cover. There is a nut on a bolt of some type that has a cut in the end like for a screw driver to hold it still. Here is a pic:

May have to loosen the left side foot peg but other than that it looks like you got everything...

There are two hollow dowels that locate it.
They 'stick'.
pull clutch in and give it a tap/tweak.
It has to slide off more or less straight along gear change shaft
