i have tried everything. sad thing is, ive adjusted this clutch numerous times with no problem before , but the perch that holds the clutch cable snapped. anyway, took out the tightener on the perch, tried a washer inside the sprocket cover, just about everything. even tried to change the ball bearing. what the hell? am i supposed to hold the bolt with the flat head opening tight while i tighten the bold outised the sprocket cover or just just tighten up bolt outside the sprocket cover and allow the flat head to spin ? doesnt say in the manual and i am at wits end.
