CB360 Electronic Ignition?

I know for the most part there isn't an dedicated electronic ignition conversion kit for a Honda CB360, or the company says that it is in the works... Last night I stumbled upon this website, which has a CB360 listed....

How much wrenching is involved, can you give me a brief summary of what I need to do to convert to electronic ignition.

I am getting fed up with my points ignition and I am looking to upgrade to E.I. I will let it simmer a week or so before I drop the $200+ on it. Is this company legit you think?

I was just going to suggest this. I've got one wired up on my bike, It's really easy to hook up, just 6 wires. 1 to the black wire on the coils, 2 to the coils (purple/orange wires), green to a screw in the points plate and blue/yellow wires to the points themselves.

The wires are only about 2' long so within that span.

I wired my bike from scratch and extended the Leads, it sits under my seat in my electrical "box"
