Cb360 Exhaust collar Question

Hello,
I am in the stages of installing my headers back on for some mock up then cutting, and I have heard that it is simple to put the headers back on. But I am pretty sure I am putting everything on right and that are wobbly and obviously not installed right. But this is the order of how I have it, Put the header in the head, run the collar and inner collars through the header pipe up the where it meets the head and then tighten screws. If anyone sees anything wrong please let me know, and I don't have any exhaust gaskets, is that normal? I think the PO took almost every gasket off, since it was his own personal parts bike. You will need exhaust gaskets, they are basiacally a copper type crush ring. These will take up some space and your exhaust will leak without them. They should be replaced everytime you remove the exhaust. In some cases you can get 2-3 refits with old gaskets but its better to replace them.

That sounds like my problem, looks like i will have to get some of those and wait to mock up the exhaust, Thanks for your help and the link.
