CB360 having some issues running properly!

Been Around the Block
Have a few issues getting my CB360 running properly.

It will start, idle. and run for about a block them will fall on its face when load is applied and die. I can get it restarted. And will do the same thing.
If i let the bike idle for a minute, it will eventually not respond to throttle inputs and choke out.

Points, valves have been adjusted. Currently I have stock jetting in place. Adjusted the float height to 21 mm.

I do not have the air box on in the video, but have run the bike with and with out, and is doing the same thing. I do not have baffles in the pipes.
I had bigger jets in place before and it was fouling plugs, so i adjusted the float height and went back to stock jetting. Any ideas are welcome!!

See my build thread... I have about every detail of the bike in there!!!

What do the plugs look like now? Usually a rich conditions gets worse as it warms. I have a feeling the carbs will need to be gone though again. I just finished chasing carb demons on mine.

I pulled the plugs. Left/right respectively...

looks like the right one isn't running at all while the left one is running VERY rich. I'd make sure the carbs are clean and that the float valves are operating correctly, and check float height.

Around 4,500 rpm you will have problems with open pipes and no airbox
Get it running on both cylinders first, it should idle and run on primary main jet without airbox but will be lean then probably cut out on stock jetting
