Cb360 Magneto Puller

Alright, I need to get to the starter clutch to remove it (getting rid of the electric start) on my CB360. Will any 16mm flywheel puller do the job? The one here from Bike Bandit is nice and cheap and my understanding is that the magneto (behind which sits the starter clutch) is removed with a 16mm 1.5 pitch tool.

Right? Wrong?

Thanks for the help.

Yup. The inside of the rotor is threaded. As you screw in the rear axle, it begins to push against the end of the crankshaft and forces the rotor off of the end.

You win this round Honda

Would one of you be so kind as to tell me if I removed everything properly? I pulled the clutch and the sprocket, so now I just need to put the rotor back on the crankshaft? See pictures.

I am trying to get it all set to run without the starter motor.
