CB360 Master Cylinder

Is there a channel for the metal ring that holds the outer rubber boot on. I know there is a channel for the snap ring, but I got that back in and I can't get it back out to check.

Shouldn't be a channel - it should just be a press in fit to the MC bore.


You should be able to get a small flat bladed screwdriver through the hole in the boot and gently prise it out of the bore if you need to.


Gently is the key word

I've used a Popsicle stick to push on it.
