CB360 or CB350

Hey guys...I now own both a CB350 and CB360. My plan is to use parts from both bikes to make a nice cafe racer. The one thing I am unsure of is what engine to go with. I have heard that the 360's had some design flaws in the top end (cam, rockers, chain slipper)...and that the 350 is actually a more powerful engine. (Maybe put the 350 top end on the 360 bottom, if it is even possible?) Not sure what to believe, but really want your opinions. I already have some VM-30's that I will be using. I know PJ seems to be an expert on the differences between these two bikes, so please feel free to speak up.

Thank you.

Problem with 360 isn't with head, it's oiling system.
It's 'too good' so builds too much pressure at high rpm.
drill out oil 'jets' in top of crankcase to about 5/32"so top end gets more oil and also drops pressure.
I'm 'inventing' a bunch of stuff to make it live longer
Motors are pretty much completely different, stud spacing, etc is 'off' plus rods are 'heavier' with different diameter small end on 360.
The chassis parts (wheels, forks, etc) are close enough to 'same' although tanks and seats dont swap over.
If you have titles for both, do both (if you have space) or sell whichever as 'unstarted project' ;D
