Forgive my ignorance, but are those drum or disc brakes on the front?

I'm thinking up going to disc on my 72 cl350, and i'm researching what might be the easiest fit.

I'm in the same boat as rock2d2, been looking at switching my CB350 to disc. Hope to get as much of the front and brake at once.

i need a cyl head for a cb360, that is, if you are still parting out the bike. if yuo are and willing to sell the cyl head, can you see if there are any scorung marks on the cam surface of the head?
