I'm changing the two sprockets on my cb360 along with a new chain. I kept the 530 size chain and gears to save a little money. I have the front sprocket on the way and I'm wondering what others are using for the rears. I would like to find something with holes going around it, I think it looks the best. Problem is I can't find what I'm looking for. Anyone know where something like this can be found?
Im pretty sure Moto Madness on this site offers a 520 chain conversion for the CB360...well, most CB's for that matter. This would be the route to go, save rotating mass while changing sprockets/chain.

Spokes/gearing/all that fun stuff is something I still need to research but I'll take a look at at that. I just noticed the teeth were a bit chipped on mine so I have a good excuse to replace them with something new.
The 520 chain is not a ratio...its the size of the chain. A lot of the bikes we have came with a 530 chain. Big, heavy...lots of rotational mass. Fitting a 520 saves weight. If you are changing sprockets, you will have to replace the chain anyhow. Might as well go with an upgrade!
Yes, Moto madness does offer a 520 conversion but I don't think the difference would be noticeable. I am trying to put the rest of the bike together on a bit of a budget. Im trying to keep costs down as much as possible and still get a few things that might help in the looks department. I figured 50 for a couple of sprockets and 50.00 for a chain should be adequate for my first build. Im going to check through some of the past 360 builds and see what others have used.
I just received an e-mail back from the guys at Sprocket specialists. Wow what a nice guy. He said they offer both aluminum and steel and they should have something Im looking for. I typed in Sprocket specialists on Google and hit the images button and found almost exactly what Im after. The cool thing is now I can get the sprocket anodized as well. Maybe they offer these sprockets in colors? Just waiting to hear back again but I will probably call tomorrow and order. Thanks all for the help. Buy the way, whats a good quality Non o or x-ring chain in gold? Does our stock CB360 chain have a master link? I cant find one.
