cb360 starting and runing problems

ok so gotta 76 cb360 been running like a champ untill today :'( go to start my bike (kickstart) and barely turns over feels like its grabbin alittle bit but the just "slips" it will with a few kicks starts but then while riding as soon as i give it gas the clutch slips im hoping its just the clutch cable that needs adjustment but wanted to run it by you guys once

sounds like you need to loosen the clutch a bit.
