CB360 transmission locked

Got the Cb360 out for the first ride of the season a couple of days ago and the bike started up fine, let it idle for a bit to warm up, bike was in neutral (unless the neutral light was lying to me). dropped it into first, let out the clutch and the bike jerked and stalled. tried shifting through the gears, (with the engine off) when it was up on the center stand, it seemed to shift fine, even went back into neutral no problem, but the bike would not move. Tried to rotate the rear wheel by hand and it won't budge even in neutral. Thought it possible the chain might have slipped off the front sprocket somehow, but I checked that and it is fine. bike ran like a scalded dog before I put it up for the winter. now It wont budge an inch. any thoughts, advice, help, much appreciated.
thanks,
Mike.

Sometimes when a bike sits for a while, the clutch plates stick together causing what you describe. If that's your problem, it's an easy fix. With the bike idling in neutral, work the clutch lever multiple times. Once everything gets bathed in oil, the plates should free up.

You can also try putting it in 3~4th gear, pull in clutch lever and rock it backwards.
Going the opposite direction to normal usually works and the weight of the bike trying to lift front wheel prevents rear wheel sliding
