CB400 Hawk I, II, what's the difference?

I was told by the previous owner that my bike was a Hawk II so I out of curiosity I wanted to see what a Hawk I was and not only do they look the same but all the specs are dead on AND they were built for the same years. I thought the II might have been a successor model or something but it's clearly not.
a) What bike do I have? b) does it really matter?

I believe the CB400TI had spoke wheels and a drum front brake, Cb400TII had disc and mag wheels. TI was kickstart only, TII had a starter. That's what the parts fiche is telling me. Maybe more differences?
As to whether it matters, IMHO nope, they're both butt ugly pieces of shit (but I guess I'm a fan of spoke wheels?). Just jokes (sort of?); I owned one years ago and found to be fun enough to ride around.

Sounds about right, thanks chicken. And yea these things are a bit awkward for sure haha but it's my first bike so I'd like to hang onto it. I'm about to throw this thing on the operating table though so it hopefully should be a cool little machine once I'm all done.

The TII also had a more modern looking tank, not that it matters
