CB400N Project

Here's the start of my CB400N / Superdream I've been playing with. It's going to get a proper makeover, but for now to separate it from the rest I've had a little play with flipped bars I had lying around, and a cheap flat seat.

Soon I'm going to do a proper seat for it, get clubmans or clip-ons, and maybe a new tank. For now the tank will be sanded back and left for nature to work on, until it's got a nice bit of rust. But for now, this is what I have.

It is the stock tank - cb400n with the bottom painted with a black strip to make it look flat, instead of the weird little part that meets up with the factory side panels

i thought i would update this, since the last photos i have begun to make a seat out of steel. The carbs are rejetted to run with velocity stacks and the 2-1 exhaust. to do now is finish the seat, fit a mudguard, and indicators and tail light
