cb400t carburetor parts

Hi I'm relatively new to the forum with practically a non existent fund, so I'm trying to get this running on as least amount of money as possible. I bought it a couple months ago and he started it up for me, just wanted to go through and clean everything and noticed the spring for the carbs that I think shutters both carbs at the same time is looking squirrely. The spring was wrapped around what looks like the flange to open both carbs at the same time (not inside the carbs). Are there any places to get specific parts for a set of these carbs online somethwere? All help would be appreciated. Thanks

There the dreadful Keihin CV carbs for the honda twin. 1978 honda cb400t hawk II to be exact. The part I'm specifically looking for is the red spring in this terrible drawing that kind of wraps around the green connector that synchronizes the carb flaps to open and close in unison.
