What do you guys think of this? Removes with 2 screws similar to the thruxton seat. It would fit cb500ts and cb450's

Oh that was just a Photoshop concept hah. I am planning to make it next week. I will post details of how i make it and detailed pics when its done.

Just saw your other post with more pics. Bike look great.

Been thinking about shaving my seat down, restitching it, and making a cowl. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I thought it was a picture of the finished product too. Dam if you're that good a doctoring photos, sexy up the girl in that picture while your at it.

I Like the look and idea of that snap-on cowl and I might try it on my bike. Or if you make some to fit a 1975 cb750f or 1978 gs400x I might buy them from you.

Cool concept. I'm planning out a removable cowl concept for my build as well. For the time being, I'm fabbing a flat, low profile double seat. Once that's built and mounted, I'm planning to glass a cowl that will screw on to the seat pan base, or even the frame with just two points of contact.

I feel safer with bolts than snaps, but that's just me. :)

Nah its not a thruxton cowl its just something i designed in photoshop. I am going to try to make it by the end of June. I am just working on finishing up my head rebuild right now. The cowl is next on my list.

I'm in if it's OEM bolt on, good finish and decent price.

Looks rad in your p-shop.
