CB550 acting weird

My CB550 is acting weird.

- Wont rev past 6000-7000RPM (sputters/stalls)
- Dies when I give full throttle
- Reacts fine on the throttle with choke ON
- Spark-plugs are dry-fouled

Air/Mixture problem??

might want to add a list of current mods.. sounds to be A/M problem, running lean.. are you running filter pods or an open exhuast with stock jetting in the carbs?

The bike is actually completly stock.

Sounds to me like an air leak, too. Have you tried spraying around the intake boots while it's running to see if you can locate a leak?
