CB550 mounting bracket?

I could swear that there was someone in the "For Sale" section that had brackets to mount rear sets on CB500/550's. I looked through the first 20 or so pages last night and didn't see them.

Am I crazy, or did I just overlook them?

These were just plates or brackets of some type that mounted to the frame so you'd have a place to mount up rear sets of your choice, if I remember correctly.

My sets mount to the passenger peg holes. Have had no complaints thus far.

I'm looking for the ones that don't mount them as far back as the passenger pegs.

Wasn't there someone that was selling a mounting bracket?

I think someone made a template for the cb750, in all honesty, if you drew what you wanted in sketchup or whatever cad you might have, there's a lasercutter locally that does a lot of "little guy" stuff, www.smidgensinc.com, they could probably cut them out in stainless for about what someone would be selling them for

Check out speedbumps build...don't know if he is making them yet or plans to...but his is pretty slick...he just won BOTM.....

He does great work.. Here they are on my bike and have given me no problems so far if you are still having difficulties tracking one down.

Hey VTnick7, i noticed your running a stock 4-1 pipes (well theyre unmounted but in the photo). Are you having clearance issues when pressing down on the brake side?

Yes sir I am currently. Kinda knew I would once I put rearsets on, but I'm looking into funding some carpy 4-in-1's or finding some other solution.
