hey guys, not sure if this is the right spot for this or not, but I'll give it a try anyway.

anyone know a good source for buying a top end kit for a 1976 cb550K??? I'm thinking pistons, pins, rings n such.

Does it need all that?
I would get a gasket set and open it bup.
Unlike automotive, there are no 'factory' kits
Aftermarket, usually big bore conversions (usually called a 605 kit even though they are 591cc :)

it doesnt necessarily "need" all that, but I'd like to. I already have a gasket set on the way. worse case senario I'll just replace the rings and hone. but I'd like to at least change out the pins. thanks for the input, I'll post some pics of it at some point and you can let me know what you think.
