CB650 sticking in gears.

So recently since its been warming up a bit my CB650 has been running a little differently, which is to be expected. But something I noticed is the hotter the bike gets the harder it becomes to shift gears, particularly between 1st & 2nd. Is this normal? It is almost to a point to where it is causing a problem because I have to add more force to go between the two which in turn causes me to miss neutral. I usually have to ride it pretty hard or for about an hour before this starts but I'm wondering could this be a clutch issue?

It may be bad clutch adjustment but it could also be slightly bent gearchange shaft
Remove left footrest, remove gearchange lever, remove chain cover.
Check hole for shift shaft isn't corroded or damaged

same problem with mine......it's a wet clutch, oil gets hot gets hard to shift...there is a link on Chin On The Tank web site on where to get an oil cooler and how to install it on a CB650.....could be the shift shaft though

check your oil level and viscosity first.......overfilled engine oil can cause this.
