Cb700s oil filter question

I took the oil filter off and there was no bolt in the middle and what's the next step cause it won't come out. Does it screw out?

huh? you say theres no bolt and then you wonder how to take it out?

Ya I was told be a local place that you take off the oil filter and there would be a bolt on the inside to take the filter out but there wasn't so I brought it to them and they were wrong and also gave me the wrong part so they gave me the right one that just screws on.

That looks like a screw on filter which is correct for your bike. according to the parts diagram
