If it ain't boeing i ain't going.....no stinking airbus parts !
might be a few ms or an hardware but that is it- i usually end up drilling the hardware or parts... i retired from the airlines so no nice fancy hardware, fittings, etc anymore...i do miss that !

I don't like scarebus either....Their maintence manuals have some weird lingo. Instead of saying install they say "offer up" try saying that in your everyday mechanic talk...I was a support mechanic at American Airlines in Tulsa when the NWA thing went down. That deal sucked for everybody involved.

i retired from nwa as a crew chief, so after almost 30yrs i'm back to what i really like--motorcycles...and fortunately it has worked out better for me in all aspects.

looks GREAT... my only issue is the caliper... the rest of the bike is just so smooth and classy and then

BAM... green caliper. Dont get me wrong, it looks fucking GREAT... but on this bike it feels out of place to me.

the seat is unity equipe.
the caliper/gas tank/oil filter housing are emerald with gold pinstriping..the photo posted with the orange suzuki tank was taken before paint...just trying something other than the standard red or black ...colors are always subjective and on this bike it would be easy to change...

i do not think there are any advantages as the clutches on these bikes work fine...just for looks..
i try to use stock period components and not spend big dollars. but the envelope is being pushed with inverts, single shocks etc and it takes a lot to make a great looking bike that can compare.....i have to say there are some really nice bikes out there .....

I'll concede that there are alot of nice bikes, but this captures the preverbial unicorn. The way you have balanced detail and a nice clean and simple look appeals to me. I can build things that are detailed, or I can build things that are simple and clean. It is a feat to do both at the same time, and being humble on serves to sell your bike short, IMO.

I stick to my initial statement 100%.

So I'm guessing the bike was purchased for $300 and not resotred on that budget... tarozzi rearsets right? those are $300 right there. That bike oozes class!

midnight...as i said at the beginning of the post three hundred is what i paid for the bike and two suzuki gas tanks....it would be hard to build any bike for 300 unless you had all the parts donated...even at dealer cost parts still cost $$ but my labor(hobby) spare time is not counted ..if i had to guess i have $1,500-2,000 in the bike.... the rear set is only one half (brake side)the other half is on another bike and i actually got the set for 50 dollars due to kit missing a few parts.
