Hello All,
I'm 81CharlieBravo out of Spokane WA. Just bought an 81 CB750C with 30k miles on it for just under $600 last October from a good friend. My plan was to tear it up and bob it, but then my boss smacked me upside the head and showed me Cafe Racer TV, and so Cafe it is! Since I love history and motorcycles and this is a combo of both it suits me just fine. I am pretty green when it comes to bikes and engines and, well, pretty much anything in that area at all and I really want to learn as much as I can and would love to build this into a cool cafe. Any ideas, hints, tips, thoughts, and or direction would be much appreciated. Ive already started doing some research and looking at builders and getting ideas rolling around my head. This will be a lengthy process Im sure so if at all possible. I would like to be able to make mods as I go and still be able to ride it around during the transformation. Anyway, anything helps and I plan on posting a lot during the build and asking a lot of questions. Thanks and look forward to talking with ya.
