CB750 camshaft and cam tower interchangeability

Hey all,

I have a 1970 CB750 K1 with a trashed camshaft and ruined cam towers/rockers. Can I use parts from a donor 1975 cb750?

You can check www.cmsnl.com as they have a fiche-based site, with part numbers. You can search your bike, write down part numbers and cross reference them with you donor. If numbers match your good to go.

Yes...you can use the later towers. The only difference is the rocker shafts are fixed using 2 bolts per shaft.
