CB750 Carb float bowl brass vent

I'm in the process of rebuilding my carbs and when I disassembled on of the carbs I noticed the float bowl brass vent pipe is cracked at the base where it's pressed into the aluminum bowl body. I couldn't find a new brass vent online so does anyone know of a trick to fix these, soldering maybe? attached is a photo of what I'm taking about, it's not from my model year but it will give you the idea

i just find another float bowl however if i have to

Its a honda so a replacement bowl is not at all hard to find.
Replace it and be done.

got 2 from ebay, $10 each with free shipping. Much easier than finding new brass and making my own
