Cb750 gas leak

Been Around the Block
Hello. My 1976 cb750 sat for over a year after I got slammed by a turning car on my cb360 and I noticed a gas leak when I started it up this weekend. If you look in the picture it's the vertical tube sending gas to the carbs that was leaking gas from the top and bottom of the tub. It started happening almost instantly after I turned on the petcock. Is the float bowl stuck? What am I looking at diving into?

The 'T" has O rings and they have dried out possibly cracked, you can try push/pulling back and forth to re seal after spraying some carb cleaner around the joints but may be time to get those carbs cleaned and freshened up anyway.

Oh really? Is there an o ring at the connection to the actual carb from the T also?

I ordered some 4mm x 8mm x2mm and they seem too small. Is that not the correct size? As you can see they don't really fill the space and the height is less than the edge of the tee.

those are not correct IMO hard to see but they should be taller, they wont fill the gap when new because the displace when you insert them but not that small, did you order OEM or how did you get the part number?

I had read on other threads that a 8mm x 2mm would work. So I just ordered some online.

Drop by any Honda and ask the parts department, they used them for years so might be a shelf item.

Thanks so much tune-a-fish! I got the right size from a o-ring pack at autoparts. She isn't leaking anymore and ready for spring. Much thanks!!
