Besides fenders/tanks and disk brakes what are the major differences between a 750 and a 750F? I found a 76 750F that has a 750 rear fender on it and some other standard 750 stuff so it looks more like a standard 750, but with disk brakes and what not. Before I start talking numbers with this guy I wanted to see what the consensus on the F models is. Are parts going to be hard to find? Does most stuff swap between the two bikes? Are the engines better/worse/the same? From what I have read it looks like they are fairly different from each other, but it was hard to tell if there is a lot of aftermarket support like the standard 750 has.
