was trying to pivot my bike around in the garage to face out today, and she just went right over. Hit the ground and I just saw oil everywhere. Got her back up as quickly as possible to realize that the crankcase cover(?) had come off, and all 3 bolts that hold it on snapped completely off. Attached is a picture of the damage with no cover there. I guess I'm just hoping someone will tell me that they can just be tapped and drilled out and then reinstall the cover. I guess I had to learn one way or another...

You could try a screw extractor first to see if you can back them out. Get an experienced buddy to assist you. Not the end of the world. But you'll probably need a new seal and cover??

Yeah, I'm hoping that a screw extractor works, but its normal for all of the oil to leak out through the ignition cover if the bike goes down? I just want to be sure that it doesnt ruin the ignition (provided that its all cleaned before ever starting again.)

As far as those sheared bolts go - have you tried removing them by hand? I mean, with no power tools yet. Try getting a small nail or something and just try to unscrew the body enough to get a pair of pliers on them.

if you take of the cover holding the pulse coil mount, you may be able to see the back of the screws as the they straight through the casting. you might nb able to grab them with pliers or something.
