Changing frame/exhaust etc. affect inspection?

Also depends where you get it inspected. Some places are more lenient than others. If you're really concerned you could just get it passable before doing any major mods.

What would be major mods that could make the inspection a failure? I guess changes that would affect the bike when driving/high sound from exhaust..?

These are questions to ask a local inspection station. We can't answer your question, because we don't know your local regulations. The specifics are totally dependent on local regulation. For example, in Delaware, (US) inspections are done by state run facilities. Things like loud pipes definitely fail. In my state, (Pennsylvania,) inspections are done by independent bike shops with a state issued license. They do little beside inspect the tires, brakes, and lights. They generally don't care in the least about your exhaust, even though local police can issue citations for objectionable pipes.

OK. I see. Thanks for the info! Will check up on a inspection station and see what they have to say.

Alpha, he's in the Stockholm area. Completely different than pretty much ANY state side specs. From looking at 2 and 4 wheeled machines at shows and events over there, I'd say he's allowed to have entirely too much fun.
