hello all,

i have a set of rims of a 400II. comstars which will work on a cb500-550 and down with minor mods. frt end includes the uppers and lower frt end, caliper good set of pads and rotor. bearings are good, will not need to re/re. all the frt end needs is a set of fork seals.
the rear assy includes the brake assy, with good shoes, drum and bearings. good sproket assy as well, useable.
i took every thing apart and cleaned it all up. checked every thing out. all ok. nice set of rims. i was going to use them but decided to use my spoke rims for the vintage look. and i have way to much to do to the bike, engine rebuild etc.

there are tires on the rims, the rear is new still has the knobes on them, but think they were sitting awhile, minor crack in the tread.
frt same thing, alittle worse.
willing to sell or trade for rear sets, good grips, any thing cafe really.
mostly need a set of tires, avons.
any questions let me know,

also have a cb500, 555 big bore kit. all new still in box, kit with 3mm over bore no liners needed, comes with 4 pistons, wrist pins, clips, rings.
willing to trade or sell for same as above.

need to get rid of these items, need funds for project and room most of all
make an offer,
i am going to the toronto bike show on the 8th of jan which is a saturday, so if you are on the way and interested i will bring them down.

hey,

the frt is 19 inch, 100/90/19 on it. the rear is a 18 inch 120/90/18 on it. like i said before the rear tire has minor crack in face of the tread, but new. no idea how new still has knobes, and the frt is worse. you could use the rear but the frt not so sure.

any way, i payed a buck twenety five 125.00. talked down from 150.00.
make an offer, i would like to get what i payed for them, just picked them up about 2 months ago. but it is not a deal braker. i have no use for them and don't see me using them soon, even on the next build. so what ever you think they are worth.

are you in canada??
are you near toronto and going to the show next week end??
i could bring them down with me.
the rims are mint, all prts there.

brand new 555 big bore kit for a cb500f, problebly work on a cb550f as well.
cheap.....
a nice set of comstars and assy, cheap.

hey man,
i would take around 70 bucks for it. For a DTT member. but because you have helpped me with my brackets, i will let the kit go for 60 plus shipping, which was'nt very much.

i payed around 90 bucks for it, maybe more. reason i am not using the kit is simple i have about 1200 in the motor with out cutting the cyls. and it is still not done, have to get the head cleaned and valves seated, etc. and then i am just honing the cyls, and installing new standard piston set. so at the end i am into the engine, about 1600-1700, full rebiuld.
then another 1500-2000 into the rest of the bike. so adding the extra expense sounds easy enough but feel money better served else where.

any way, great kit, but not going to use it. if it does'nt go i have a spare motor, for a rebuild, and i will build a race motor down the road. but as of right now i need it gone, no ese to me now.
